This training module on Understanding Team Roles was developed in 2001 by the Quality Assurance Project as part of a course on Coaching and Team Development. This module covers individual roles within a team and the contributions each makes to a team. The resource materials include an instructors’ manual including exercise handouts, PowerPoint slides for presentations, and a reference manual for participants.
